In order to completely troubleshoot Windows validation & activation issues, please perform the following:

    1. Download and save this tool to your desktop:
    http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012

    2. Run the tool, and then click 'Copy' - ignore any errors if they appear

    3. Use CTRL+V to paste the unedited results of the validation tool here in your next reply

The symptoms you are describing are typical of a race condition.
Such problems are usually the result of malware, or over-zealous security software/settings.

What Anti-Virus do you have installed?
What other Anti-Virus products have EVER been installed?
What other security software is currently installed?

When was the last time you ran a full system scan with your anti-virus - with updated definitions?

    Thank You,

It did start happening after I installed the newest version of Microsoft Security Essentials which is the only software besides Spyware Blaster 5.0 that I have used on this computer. I did download and run: Windows6.1-KB947821-v26-x64.msu (Microsoft Update Standalone Package) last night and the issue has not happened since? If it happens again, Is it safe to post the results from the MGADiag utility?

    Thanks Again

Since you ran the CheckSUR tool, please post the CheckSUR log file - C:\Windows\logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log

It will tell us if it found anything, and if there's anything left to do that it knows of.
