You appear to have a severe problem.

The summary from your CheckSUR report reads
    Code:
    Summary:
    Seconds executed: 1590
     Found 3623 errors
CBS Registry Error Total count: 1
CBS Watchlist Package Missing Total count: 3582
CBS Watchlist Component Missing Total count: 40
Customer Experience report successfully uploaded. Thank you for participating. For more information, see the Microsoft Customer Experience Improvement Program on the Microsoft web site.
The problem appears to be in the registry - so the easiest fix is going to be a System Restore back to before the problem started, since the number of errors makes manual repair unlikely.

Do you know when the problem started?
When was the last Windows Update installed? - ignore MSE or Windows Defender updates

    Hello,
Thanks NoelDP for the information and help, the problem started after Vista updated to SP2 from the Windows Update utility, that was back in Jan :), the furthest system restore point I have is beginning of march.

So I guess my only option is to reinstall Vista.

Thanks again and have a great day,

Note: I only noticed the number of errors when you pointed them out only, I giggled :)

You may be able to get around it by uninstalling SP2 (if the install completed), then doing a repair install.
