The history with this error is not good
I've been unable to find a single reference in the MS forums where it's actually been confirmed as solved.

Please work through all four fixes on this page, testing after each is complete. Error codes

I have to admit that I don't think I've ever seen that Fixit work properly - and it gives no useful data, ever.

Method 1: Reset Windows Update components and update your computer

Executed this (with no aggressive option) which reset WU, check WU, then install failed again.

Use the Aggressive options, and try again.

slightly off-the-wall - but try this, then run through the CheckSUR and SFC again, and post the new logs.

Please run the following commands in an Elevated Command Prompt

    NET STOP CRYPTSVC
    REN C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CATROOT2 CATROOT2OLD
    NET START CRYPTSVC

once complete, leave the system alone for at least an hour to rebuild the database, then reboot,
Note that this may delete your Update History - but all updates will remain installed, and can be viewed in the Installed Updates listing.

That's OK - that result is the one we currently expect from any system with IE10 installed.

It's been three weeks since your last post - so I'm a little lost as to what your current situation is, and what else has happened in the meantime.

Please update us, and post a new CBS.log file.

Apologise on no update for long time. The only issue now is still unable to install the patch KB2790113 with error code 800737B...

Here attached is the sfc /scannow result:
