The dropbox link does not work!

I found the following in the event viewer. This time, I tried a Windows update which would not install either, not IE10.

Try uninstalling IE9 by following these tutorials:
How do I install or uninstall Internet Explorer 9?
Then reboot, and reinstall IE9. Reboot then try and install IE10 again :)

I'd rather not do that. I hadthe same problem two years ago with IE9. I had to reinstall Windows to be able to upgrade from IE8 to IE9. If I uninstall IE9, I will be left with IE8. Which may not be such a bad thing since I can just stop using IE, whatever version.
We've had quite a few 9C59s come through over the past few months and I've seen quite a few fixed by stripping the computer back down to IE8 and installing the updates again so I still think it's the best thing to try next, but if you're happy to put up with this error then you can just ignore it :)
