    Windows 7 Update - My program cannot run


    Regarding the above issue, after automatic update,it render my program which is Ivest cannot detect a smart card. I need to know which update that render my smart card useless. In device manager, the smart card is detect as working correctly, but my program cant detect it. I already install uninstall it but the problem still there. It work fine before (i just reformat my pc a few days ago). Pls help!

    The company appears not to have produced drivers for either Vista, Win7 or Win8 - I can only suppose that they no longer support it.

    but it work fine before i turn on windows update. my smart card model is asr30u and my company provide win7 driver for it also the certificate that valid till year 2020 from this website The Official Portal for Jabatan Akauntan Negara Malaysia
    i hate to reformat the pc just because windwos update spoiled my program.

    Certificates can be valid for 100 years - but that doesn't mean that the hardware or software will continue to be supported or functional until then.
    If this is a custom driver, you should ask in their forums for assistance, as we don't have the hardware, or the knowledge to be able to test the drivers.
