Yes, I'm in my main account. I have two. Mom and Guest. When VistaKing had me run one of the other checks it said I have 3. admin, mom and guest. I don't see admin.

Go to C:\Users double click on Computer icon on the desktop if present if not click on button then in the Start Menu click on Computer on the right side . Once the Computer window opens up double click on the C:\ drive and then double click on the Users folder .

I don't know if this is of any significance, but the date modified for Administrator is about the same date my teenager got hold of my laptop and I started having all these crazy problems.

We could disable the Administrator account

Click on type CMD inside Search programs and files . When CMD comes up under Programs (1) right click on CMD and choose Run as administrator . On the next window User Access Control click on the Yes button or press Alt and Y keys on your keyboard . When command prompt opens up the path will be C:\Windows\System32>_

    Type the command below

    net user administrator /active:no
    press <ENTER>

Should get " The command Completed successfully "

    If you type in

    net user mom

Does it tell you if you're in administrators group

    :Added:

If the top command won't show try this command below

    net localgroup administrators
    Press <ENTER>

Do you see mom under neath ?
