IE 10 update error. Cannont install on Windows 7 x64

Hi everyone and thanks in advance for any help you may provide in this matter. I have a customer that is using Win 7 Pro x64. We are not able to get IE10 to install. At first she stated she was getting the 9c59 error. I however, have not seen this. I went onsite today and tried to install the update. I ran the Windows update diagnostic which found a fixed a few items. Afterwards I made sure to remove any toolbars or unneeded software from programs and features. I also went and downloaded all of the prerequisite updates for IE10.

IE10 appears to install and goes through the process. At the end it just says it failed and does not give me any error code.

The system is running Symantec endpoint protection which I disabled during the install. I did run SFC and no errors were found.

Attached is the CBS log and CheckSUR log.

I will not be onsite with this issue but I am setting up remote access and will be able to remote in to try fixes.

The CheckSUR result appears to be incomplete - there's not summary at the end.
Please check that you didn't upload a partial report.

If that's all you have on your machine, please run another CheckSUR and see if that completes properly.

The new report shows the following problems...
    Code:
    Unavailable repair files:
     winsxs\manifests\x86_microsoft-windows-ie-winsockautodialstub_31bf3856ad364e35_9.4.8112.20554_none_0916a1e99143f1a7.manifest
     servicing\packages\Package_for_KB2722913~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~9.4.1.0.mum
     servicing\packages\Package_for_KB2722913~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~9.4.1.0.cat
For a number of reasons, I can't deal with this until tomorrow afternoon - post back if you haven't heard in 24 hours!

    I've uploaded a file - xgsaa.zip - to my SkyDrive at Noel's SkyDrive
    Please download and save it.
Right-click on the downloaded file, and select Extract all…
Extract to the default location - which will create a new folder xgsaa in the same place.
Open this folder - there should be two folders inside it (Manifests, and Packages)

Copy the content of the Packages folder to the folder
    C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Servicing\Packages

And the content of the manifests folder (.manifest files) into this folder:

    C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Winsxs\Manifests

Now run the CheckSUR tool again (it may take a while)

Post the new CheckSUR.log file, and the CheckSUR.persist.log file.

That's cleared the errors from the log.

Please now run a new SFC /SCANNOW and post the new CBS.log - just in case this has caused any new errors there.

I will run the scan in the morning remotely. Sorry for the delay. My wife and I had a baby!
