Probably its a bit more complicated: the system is genuine but unable to recognize it.
Nontheless activation may help.
Due to corruption all the things you mentioned can happen.
Look in eventviewer for errors. Look in windows update history (any failed updates)?

Well, there is no hardware errors but there are some errors of my antivirus Kaspersky. Attached is the screen.Look in eventviewer for errors. Look in windows update history (any failed updates)?
Also there's some errors in Application events (attached both screen and export)
May be I should try to uninstall Kaspersky before I try to reboot?
