    Amazingly, it looks fine to me. :)

    I've never before seen a Key tagged as blocked, which has later been evaluated as genuine. Obviously there was some software corruption in an unusual place, and whatever you did cleared that.

    The error in the first report
    Cached Online Validation Code: 0xc004c4a2
    defines the Key as having been blocked

    The
    Notification Reason: 0xC004F200 (non-genuine).
    says that when checked against the MS servers, the Key was found to be non-genuine (usually because of being listed as blocked for validation).

    Keys can be blocked for activation and/or validation.
    OEM_SLP Keys are blocked for Activation, but not validation (as are KMS Volume License Keys)

    The common MSDN counterfeits I referred to above are blocked for both activation and validation.

    Offhand I can't think of anything that would cause a Key to be valid for activation, but not validation.
