    Make sure they're checked and click on the Remove Selected button . Restart the PC .

    Click here DDS

    Click on Download Now button

    When the download is complete . Drag the DDS program from the Downloads folder to your Desktop

    Double click the DDS icon on the Desktop then click the Run button to run the tool.

    Place a check next to attact.txt and click Start . When done, DDS will open two logs
    DDS.txt
    Attach.txt

    Save two logs onto your desktop and upload them with your reply

    Upload a File :
    Click on the Go Advanced button under the Message box . Scroll down to Additional Options then click on Manage Attachments in the Attach Files sections . Click the Browse button locate the file then click on the Open button . In the Upload File from your Computer section click on the Upload button . Wait until it finishes uploading then close the window . Then click Submit Reply .

    It didnt worked it still gives me bad image errors,what shoud i do?

    1. Open Internet Explorer.
    2. Go to Tools > Options.
    3. On General tab, proceed to ”Change search defaults” and click the “Settings” button.
    4. You will see a list of search providers. Select your desired search provider and click the button “Set as default” to replace Web Assistant.
    5. You may now remove Web Assistant from the list.



    1. Open Mozilla Firefox .
    2. On Google’s Search box, click the “arrow down” beside the logo.
    3. Select “Manage Search Engine” from the drop-down list.
    4. Choose your desired search default (like Google) and click the button “Move up.” It should be on the top of the list to set it as default.
    5. You can now remove other installed search engine.



    1. Open Google Chrome.
    2. Click on the Wrench icon on top right corner of the browser.
    3. Choose “Settings” from the drop down list.
    4. Click on “Manage search engines” under SEARCH settings area.
    5. Hover your mouse to a preferred search engine and click “Make default.”
    6. Remove Web Assistant by clicking on the X mark.

    How to remove Web Assistant Toolbar
    To remove the toolbar created by Incredibar, simply follow this procedures:
    1. Go to the Control Panel in your Start menu
    2. Click on Uninstall a program under Programs
    3. Find the Incredibar/Incredimail or Web Assistant and BrowseProtect entry in the list of installed applications. Sometimes it is displayed as initials like WA or IB and so on.
    4. Click Remove and follow instructions.

    Disable Web Assistant Toolbar in
    1. Open Internet Explorer.
    2. On top menu, click on Tools > Manage Add-ons.
    3. Select ‘Toolbars and Extensions’ on left window. Search for the Web Assistant/Incredibar name on right window.
    4. Click on ‘Disable’.

    1. Open Mozilla Firefox.
    2. Press Ctrl+Shift+A on your keyboard.
    3. You will see a list of Extensions. Remove Assistant/Incredibar from this list.

    Its next to the right of the address bar next to the icon with the small down arrow. Click the down arrow choose Manage Search Engines ( view image below )

    Once you're done

    Then run these programs

    • AdwCleaner
    • Junkware Removal Tool


    Click here AdwCleaner

    Click on Download Now button

    Save to the Desktop

    Right-click on AdwCleaner.exe and choose Run as administrator

    Click the Search button

    Upload the AdwCleaner[Rn].txt in your reply.

       Note
    The log file is at C:\AdwCleaner[Rn].txt


    Download Junkware Removal Tool

    Drag JRT.exe to your Desktop from your Downloads folder
    Right-click JRT.exe and click on
    Upload the JRT.txt log with your reply
