Patch Tuesday this month

so once again tomorrow is Patch Tuesday when Microsoft releases all of the security patches for Windows 7, Internet Explorer, and .net framework, does anybody know what time these updates will be available, will they be available right after midnight tonight

I have never seen updates right after midnight.

I usually get them around 10 AM or after in my time zone.

Patch Tuesday
OK I downloaded and installed all 21 patches (took an age) but I still get the occasional "Windows Explorer has stopped working" message. I've run SFC /scannow several times and all seems well. Any ideas?
