Hang in there Noel's been really busy.

When was the last time you:

Restarted your machine and then checked for updates?
When was the last time you checked for updates?

Back in your post #7 you had error 80072f78

If you receive Windows Update error 80072f78, 80090305, or 8009033f while checking for updates, it might be caused by a connection interruption between your computer and the Windows Update servers.

Close Windows Update, wait 10 to 15 minutes, and then run Windows Update again. You can also wait for Windows Update to run at its next scheduled time.

An automatic troubleshooter is available that fixes some problems with Windows Update, and it might resolve this error for you.

If this doesn't work we will have to concentrate on seeing if WINSOCK.DLL files and protocols are correct:

This error is returned by WSAStartup if the Windows Sockets implementation cannot function at this time because the underlying system it uses to provide network services is currently unavailable.

Users should check:

That the WINSOCK.DLL file is in the current path,
That the WINSOCK.DLL file is from the same vendor as the underlying protocol stack. They cannot be mixed and matched (WinSock DLLs must be supplied by the same vendor that provided the underlying protocol stack).
That they are not trying to use more than one Windows Sockets implementation simultaneously. If there is more than one WINSOCK DLL on your system, be sure the first one in the path is appropriate for the network subsystem currently loaded.
The Windows Sockets implementation documentation to be sure all necessary components are currently installed and configured correctly.

can you give me a stepby step list on where to find the winsock.dll and what to do? because im really lost if u just tell me all these, i dont know where to do what or find what.

First some questions to form a plan of action:

Your computer Manufacturer/Model Number is not filled in, did you build this machine yourself or was it built by a company?
Do you have a bootable disk to do a repair install, if necessary?
Did you try to run the Fix-it tool found in my explanation of your 80072f78 error?
Were you messing around and possibly deleted some files?
Were you having any other problems than the ones that brought you here, like any other erratic behaviour within the last month or so with any other programs? Anything, no detail is too small.
What do you use for internet connectivity? Did you install a NIC or did it come with the computer?
I see you use MSE, when was the last time you ran any full malware scans?
I would like you to run this tool: Windows Genuine and Activation Issue Posting Instructions
When you finish with the MGADiag Tool and post its results, please update and run a full MSE scan. I would also like you to use and run a full MBAM scan. Post back with any results, good or bad.
I still might have one or two of our members stop by to do more aggressive scans to check for malware.

It is getting late here on my side of the Planet, I will check back later.

1. yes i build this computer myself
2. yes i have a bootable disc
3. no because that error has disappear but now it has code 66A error
4. nope didnt mess with anything i dont know of.
5. few months back i have alot of issues with BSOD. asked around for help and manage to reduce the amount of BSOD until i had this problem with the updating of .net framework and the installation of .net framwork.
6. it comes with my computer's motherboard.
7. its been sometime because im having errors when doing a full scan . error code: 0x800106BA

snowboi, I'd like to see what the problem is with MSE, if you have it installed Windows Defender should be disabled.

Go to Control Panel >Administrative tools >Services Scroll down to Windows Defender. What is the "Startup Type"? It should be disabled.
If it is not click on it to open and then set to disabled under the drop down box by "Startup Type". Click APPLY and OK your way out. Close out all other programs, then run a full MSE scan.

If you still get the error message try running this fix-it: Error message when you run Windows Defender: "Error Code 0x800106ba" , then try to run a full MSE scan.

Post results good and/or bad whether or not it ran.

I have chores, will try to be back in a few hours.
