    The Product Key in use has been blocked by Microsoft - probably for abuse.
    It's an MSDN Key - only available by subscription to MSDN/TechNet, and cannot be resold.

    You need to try and demand a refund from the vendor (if they are still operating!), and purchase a legitimate license for Windows.
