ebuyer is fine - and reasonably cheap.
compare with dabs.com and scan.co.uk (if they still have stock) - both of which I use regularly.

For future reference- it is illegal for vendors to sell OEM windows products as download delivery were product key and download information are sent by email. Is that right?

Yep.
The reason is that the OEM (you) has to agree to the OEM License terms printed on the outer wrapping of the unit BEFORE opening it for installation purposes, while the end-user (whoever that may be) only has to agree to the terms of the license that appear during the first boot of the installed system.
This agreement is legally deemed to have been done by opening the wrapper on the physical package, and cannot be deemed to be done by electronic transfer, since there is no way to check it.

Thank you very much for your help. Would you like me to post my resolution (whenever it is resolved) for the benefit of other readers, or is that not required?
