Did you let malwarebytes remove these items?

Check each item you want to remove, then down the bottom it says delete all.

Hello again, i have now been able to update my Windows 7 OS, but still having issues with my Folders

Hello Again, after doing several hours of research i found out that i have Malware on my PC . after doing a System restore to a week ago , i was now able to access Microsoft web site, but i was still having some issues like, unable to move from tab to tab on my browser ( Firefox ), and when i click on a folder to open it, there was a significant delay in opening the folder.

i then ran malaware bytes which found the PUP.Optional.Tarma.A. plus some other malware.

The question is now is how do i remove all the instances ? any suggestions are welcomed.

    Thanks in advance

    Have you run this ?

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Also, you gotta be more careful when downloading.

Since you built the system yourself, I would just consider re installing windows.

Did you ever make a disk image ?

What issues are you having with your folders ?

Open task manager and see if there is anything that you do not recognize running. (hit Ctrl+Shift+Esc at the same time)

when i click to open a folder it does not open, i have to wait some time and re try again before it opens,
