    Download the updares from the MS Download Center, and install them offline.

    Download Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB2761217) from Official Microsoft Download Centre
    Download Security Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB2705219) from Official Microsoft Download Centre
    Download Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB2506928) from Official Microsoft Download Centre

Well it really seems like this will be one of the other zillions thread to try to figure out what's happening and why I get the 800B0100... I really can't find a way to make it work I tried to run the SURT and after 20 mins said installation complete (not sure though what that meant) then I did...
I've followed every link on this subject. Downloaded the SP1 standalone executable. Ran the SRT and inspected the log. Renamed SoftwareDistribution. Did the clean boot thing. SP1 still will not install. My only other alternative is to reinstall Windows 7 using an Windows 7 SP1 disc. Please...
BSOD Errorcode 101

A while ago I had some bluescreens with the errorcode F4 which I could fix by updating the SSD firmware (from 1.3.0 to 1.3.3). But since then, I sometimes have a bluescreen with the errorcode 101. The bluescreens only appear while I'm playing Battlefield 3 or sometimes when I currently play...
Can't install updates - error 800B0100

Tried sfc - it finds no problems. Update readiness tool - finds missing files. ================================= Checking System Update Readiness. Binary V - Pastebin.com This pastebin was after I was able to find most of the files, except for the few listed as missing now....
I have spent two days on the web reading everything I can find on this subject and have tried many of the suggestions but simply cannot get this update to install. I even went to restore back to before downloading the two XP mode files. Virtual Machine is enabled in BIOS and the MS tool verifies...
