    Code:
C:\Windows\system32\slmgr.vbs(1333, 5) Microsoft VBScript runtime error: Permission denied
    1. Click Start
    2. In the search box, type cmd
    3. In the list that appears, right-click on cmd.exe and choose Run as administrator
    4. In the command window that opens, type smlgr.vbs and hit enter.

Report the output from the command window once it finishes.

Can you confirm that you are typing slmgr.vbs and NOT smlgr.vbs

Please copy and paste exactly the output from the cmd window .. its easier to diagnose the problem.

    1. Click Start
    2. In the search box, type cmd
    3. In the list that appears, right-click on cmd.exe and choose Run as administrator
    4. In the command window that opens, type :

net stop sppsvc and hit enter (It may ask you if you are sure, select yes)
    cd %windir%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoftwareProtectionPlatform and hit enter
rename tokens.dat tokens.bar and hit enter
    cd %windir%\system32 and hit enter
net start sppsvc and hit enter
    slui.exe and hit enter

After a couple of seconds Windows Activation dialog will appear. You may be asked to re-activate and/or re-enter your product key or Activation may occur automatically.

After doing that, create a new MGADIAG report and post in your next reply.
