chkusr.log has two errors, they're IE10 errors. But they are fake... not real errors

This is the problem area and basically tells us exactly what your problem is. "iassdo.dll.mui"

An "iassdo.dll.mui" error normally means that one is using a hacked version of Win7, a crack tool to circumvent the activation process, or performing some other activation games with it.

    This as well:
    File Mismatch: C:\Windows\system32\wat\watadminsvc.exe[Hr = 0x80070003]
    File Mismatch: C:\Windows\system32\wat\npwatweb.dll[Hr = 0x80070003]
    File Mismatch: C:\Windows\system32\wat\watux.exe[Hr = 0x80070003]
    File Mismatch: C:\Windows\system32\wat\watweb.dll[Hr = 0x80070003]

    Illegal copy of win7?

This key has been blocked for ages. PMJBM is a stolen Lenovo key.

One way to solve the problem is buy a legal copy of Windows 7 of your choice and do a clean install.

Run WATFIX to revert the crack Dowload link 2 (datafilehost.com - don't use their download manager)

The installed Key can NEVER be activated - it's the infamous Lenovo Stolen Key.
WATFix will not solve anything - it only fixes RemoveWAT errors, of which there are none in this install.

The OP needs to reformat and reinstall using genuine media and Key.
