Please post the CBS.log file, and the following files...
    C:\Window\Logs\CBS\Deepclean.log
    C:\Window\Logs\DISM\dism.log

I'll see if I can make any sense out of them.

    Please post an MGADiag report.

we need to see a full copy of the report produced by the MGADiag tool

(download and save to desktop - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 )

    Once saved, run the tool.

Click on the Continue button, which will produce the report.

To copy the report to your response, click on the Copy button in the tool
(ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either
    r-click/Paste, or Ctrl+V ) into your response.

There was an error in yesterday's runs of the tool - but that was cleared quickly, and I can find no significant errors in either of the logs you posted - I still need to see the full CBS.log file though.

Rats! - the data we need has been archived - please post the most recent CBSPersist cab file from that folder (it's already compressed so just upload the file as is.)
