Sorry - guess you'll have to wait unless you can ask to speak to someone else.

There's also an email address in the links I gave you - you might try them.

Other than that, I'm out of ideas.

I have tried that link long ago, I get this following message again and again when I click continue:

This Product ID indicates that there will be a charge for this Microsoft support.
The product ID indicates that this product may be supported by your computer manufacturer. Contact your computer manufacturer for support or select a different support option below.
Two options there...(1) Continue (2) Back

Clicking continue doesn't take me anywhere.

Here's the errors from your CheckSUR log -
    Code:
    Unavailable repair files:
     servicing\packages\Package_for_KB2618444_RTM~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~9.4.1.0.mum
     servicing\packages\Package_for_KB2618444~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~9.4.1.0.mum
     servicing\packages\Package_for_KB2618444_RTM~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~9.4.1.0.cat
     servicing\packages\Package_for_KB2618444~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~9.4.1.0.cat
I'll post a fix protocol for them later.

    PSCO2007

MS will no longer provide free support for Windows Updates - except under exceptional circumstances (and who knows what that means)

    Both:
99% of the time we can fix these errors in the forum - and with a lot less hassle than being on the phone to MS for 6 hours going through their support scripts :)
