That is almost certain to have massive problems - please repeat do a manual Check for Updates and install all found, and then go through the WindowsUpdate Posting Instructions fully, and post the requested data

I ran windows update there important updates about half installed successfully, the others keep failing.

1.I ran System update readiness Tool (SURT)

    2.SFC /SCANNOW give me this.

    Microsoft Windows [Version 6.1.7601]
Copyright (c) 2009 Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.

    C:\Windows\system32>sfc /scannow

Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.

Beginning verification phase of system scan.
    Verification 100% complete.

Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

    3.Windows Update Error Codes
I attached image of my last Error Code directly from windows update window.

    4.I Attached my log Collection

I had to take out the CbsPersist.cab files are the compressed folder was to big to upload. If they are needed I can upload them one by one.

On a side note once I got Windows Update working again, I ran SURT many times and retrieved the missing files indicated in CheckSUR.log from the other clean install. What I uploaded in cbs.zip is the last that I could not figure out how to fix/retrieve.

CheckSUR is normal for a system with IE10/11 installed.
The SFC scan found nothing - but there are some major errors in the background CBS.log data.

I have to admit to zero knowledge on how to fix that, currently!

... I still think your best option is going to be a repair install, if the machine will now do it.

I did the Repair Install, and after getting about 129 windows updates installed everything seems to be running smoothly. It took a few runs because I think some of the updates depended on others to go through first. I was able to upgrade to internet explorer 11 after going through versions 8 to 10 first.
Thanks again for the help and guidance!
