Windows 7 updates, are fine so far ? until October 2013

Before upgrading always checked if a patch causes problems, because sometimes I read that there was one and then a few days later was replaced or was not marked.

I'm thinking to download the latest updates automatically from last month (and some other more before) but I would like for you if so far everything is fine.

These three are not marked for download :

    - KB2862330
    - KB2836942 - Microsoft.NET Framework 3.5.1(June)
    - KB2836939 - Microsoft.NET Framework 4 (June)

Curious what the last two above, I have two with the same name and marked(Microsoft.NET Framework 3.5.1 / 4) but the first is September(KB2836942) and the second is October(KB2836939).

The last to update, according to history, was until August. So I'm surprised that these two updates are unchecked (June).

That sounds like some package problems...

So far, fortunately, every time I have patches automatically installed, I have not seen any Windows Update Error Codes

I have two same updates with the same info :

    KB2836939 - Microsoft.NET Framework 4 (June) not marked.
    KB2836939 - Microsoft.NET Framework 4 (October) marked.

Right now I can not do the procedure to see if there is a little problem with some patch, maybe tomorrow newly. Is it safe? nothing is deleted or something?

Last question :P So far there have been problems with the latest updates from windows or better wait a few days?

    Thanks for the reply

No problems with the delay :)

It may simply be that you simply have alternate versions both in the process of download - Windows will sort them out when it installs them, and you'll be left with only the latest version
Let Windows install the latest one, and then do a manual Check for Updates - what shows in the list then?

Also because I have six other Net Framework that are marked(October) I can download those six and the other two mentioned to see if they are not marked disappear ?

Other patches all I can leave for another day?

I did the automatic update... all of the above is already solved. I do not see any patch already Framework to download.

Only one that was not marked (KB2862330) remains the same. Once before I spend that a patch is not marked and after a few weeks was already marked for download. Is it because corrected or replaced as you say. Wait few days...

Is only pending download Windows Defender, but i already have a antivirus. I should download anyway ?

Windows Defender is not an Antivirus (except in Windows 8) - What AV do you have installed, as most are supposed to switch WD off.

That should have switched Defender off -

Please download the Farbar Service Scanner from

Right-click on the saved file and select 'Run as Administrator', and tick all the options, then click on the Scan button - copy and paste the report to your response.
