The Exit code for the SPLDR service would imply that it's still disabled?
Please run the following commands and post the results again...

    SC QC SPLDR
    SC CONFIG SPLDR /START= AUTO
    SC QC SPLDR
    NET START SPLDR
    NET START SPPSVC

then reboot, and run the following commands

    SC QC SPLDR
    SC QUERYEX SPLDR

    and post the results

For some reason the config command isn't being recognised properly
    .... Ouch - it's my fault!

open an Elevated Command Prompt, and run the following command (note the change!)

    SC CONFIG SPLDR START= AUTO

    reboot and try again.

    Sorry about that!

So... why did you allow something to disable the basic driver?
Have you been using ANY form of registry 'cleaner'??
