Gigantic Updates

Hi!
I just want to know where to download the latest OS for windows 7 Home basic 64 bit
coz everytime I reformat a computer the updates is about 1GB+, I only select the UPDATES for Windows 7, cumulative etc, I did not include the other language, bing bar etc.
Another problem is after installing these updates, my computer boot slow.
Thanks in Advance

Gigantic (71GB) file in C:\Windows named after a GUID / UUID
So, my 240GB SSD which had plenty of space yesterday is now full. I searched for gigantic files, and found "C:\Windows\{C660445F-E6F2-11E4-B1E0-005056C00008}" at a whopping 71GB. It is dated as being created 4 days ago, on 4/26, and modified last night, on 4/30. I've searched for anything...

MSE updates flagged in Win 7 updates but not XP Mode updates
I find it odd that when I do a Windows Update in Windows 7, the Microsoft Security Essentials (MSE) updates are also found. But if I do a Windows Update in XP Mode, the MSE updates are not found. I don't suppose this is controllable? I'd like the Windows Update to find MSE updates.
