Windows 7 Update Fail - Error Code 9C47

    Hey Guys,

I tried updating Windows 7 and got this Error: Code 9C47.
I then downloaded and tried to run SURT and it says -
'The following updates were not installed: Hotfix for Windows (KB947821)'
My cbs log is attached to this post.

    Thanks for any help, appreciated.

Odd - your SFC scan doesn't appear to have complete properly, either, although it does seem to have fixed one minor file error.

I have a suspicion I know what may be the problem - this may help isolate the cause....

Ignore errors produced when clicking on the Copy button - they simply mean that the tool could not create the backup files for some reason. The data is still copied to the clipboard for pasting to your response.

Oh well -scratch one bright idea :)

Please attempt another SFC /SCANNOW and post the new CBS.log - we'll see if anything's changed.

The SFC scan completed properly this time after repairing the same file as was 'repaired' yesterday.

Please run the CheckSUR tool and post the CheckSUR.log file (even if it crashes, it may give some data) - make sure that you're trying to run the x64 (64-bit) version of the file.

At least it ran this time! :) - and found not problems to complain about.

Please attempt ONE update again - what happens?

OK - please post the C:\Windows\windowsupdate.log file - it may hold a clue or two.
