Hmmm - it looks to me as if you may be missing a large amount of data from your registry hive
However, let's just see what we can find elsewhere first.
Please run the following commands, and post the results...
Here are some instructions to make life easier :)Code:DIR C:\Windows\winsxs\amd64_microsoft-windows-ie-sysprep_31bf3856ad364e35_10.2.9200.16686_none_9966734d2a735816.manifest ATTRIB C:\Windows\winsxs\amd64_microsoft-windows-ie-sysprep_31bf3856ad364e35_10.2.9200.16686_none_9966734d2a735816.manifest ICACLS C:\Windows\winsxs\amd64_microsoft-windows-ie-sysprep_31bf3856ad364e35_10.2.9200.16686_none_9966734d2a735816.manifest DIR C:\Windows\winsxs\x86_microsoft-windows-ie-sysprep_31bf3856ad364e35_10.2.9200.16686_none_3d47d7c97215e6e0.manifest ATTRIB C:\Windows\winsxs\x86_microsoft-windows-ie-sysprep_31bf3856ad364e35_10.2.9200.16686_none_3d47d7c97215e6e0.manifest ICACLS C:\Windows\winsxs\x86_microsoft-windows-ie-sysprep_31bf3856ad364e35_10.2.9200.16686_none_3d47d7c97215e6e0.manifest .
1) To open an Elevated Command Prompt Window (the ECP window), click on Start, All Programs, Accessories – then right-click on Command Prompt, and select Run as Administrator. Accept the UAC prompt.
2) To run the commands easier, highlight the block of commands, and right-click on the highlight – select Copy. In the CP Window, click on the black/white icon at top left – select Paste. The commands will run but may not complete the last command, so hit the Enter Key once.
3) To copy the results... click on the Black/White icon in the top left, and select Edit... 'Select All', and hit the Enter key - then use Ctrl+V or r-click+Paste to paste it into your response.
These two files come from KB 2870699 - please also check using Belarc Advisor and see whether that reports the update as being installed or not www.belarc.com
