I can't find any SFC results anywhere?- what error message did you get when you ran it?

The CheckSUR appears to have completed in a non-standard manner of some kind - the summary is missing.

This would all tend towards the conclusion that you have some fairly major corruption present..

I suspect that a repair install is going to be your best option.

Thank you very for your reply Noel DP...

I get error codes 80070BC9 and 9C59 and I can not run any windows updates. All of the windows updates are coming back as failed and list the above errors codes.

What repair install can add and where can I find it. Thanks

    Fix it following :

    Login with administrator rights.

Type cmd in windows menu at the bottom left.

    Then type the command :

    fsutil resource setautoreset true c:\

    Delete these files:

    C:\WINDOWS\system32>cd %SystemRoot%\System32\SMI\Store\Machine
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\SMI\Store\Machine>attrib -s -h *
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\SMI\Store\Machine>del *.blf
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\SMI\Store\Machine>del *.regtrans-ms
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\SMI\Store\Machine>cd %SystemRoot%\System32\config\TxR
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\config\TxR>attrib -s -h *
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\config\TxR>del /q *

Reboot, relaunch windows update and it will all work !
