Can you run this FixIt in Aggressive Mode please:

You receive a "0x80070002" or "0x80070003" error code after you download an update from Windows Update, from Microsoft Update, or from Windows Server Update Services

Reboot when complete, then try to update and post the WindowsUpdate.log if it fails.

This appears to be the critical error...
    Code:
    2014-01-11 07:47:48:364 1120 91c Handler Generating request for CBS update F9164872-3E27-4410-B4FC-038814549BB1 in sandbox C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download\fd0c7235ea199c91f68801d3ffaa13a5
2014-01-11 07:47:48:377 1120 91c Handler Selected payload type is ptExpress
    2014-01-11 07:47:48:526 1120 91c Handler UH: DpxRestoreJob returned 0x80070002
The 00002 error is a 'file not found' one, as I think we've discussed before.

I really have no idea where to go from here - you best way forward is likely to be a repair install, and if that fails, then a clean install.
