Windows Update Risk and Internet connection slow

Ok guys my problem is internet connection and transfer rate download getting slow when i update my windows dec 30 2013 and i don't know why. but the computer recommend this to me. until now at this day im still facing this kind of problem..( not like before my internet and transfer rate download is fast and
cannot down in to slow when i didn't update my windows homebasic )

i had been searching at google how can fix this problem.and i seen a lot people same as my problem, so when i read that on the site suggest on me to fix this problem and follow they instruction but nothing has change on my internet connection slow.. also i read a lot of solve this problem so no one can fix this.

i try this kind of solution but nothing change:

    >disable service that had can affect on internet connection
    >Internet explorer(IE) set the option at the LAN settings
    >troubleshoot the network at network and sharing center
    >uninstall and install the network adapter in device manager
    >use command(cmd) type "sfc /scannow"
    >IPv6 disable
    >turn off and on the feature of windows
    >other solution. ( they said it will our response if something bad happen so i didn't do it)

after all i did this i set it back into default settings and other i set them back into normal. for nothing system error new facing problem
it so sad and suffering.also i didn't sleep 3 days to find out how to solve this problem

even was the last time i update it and use restore system. but my restore system has no list about
"when i update my windows" i don't know why. so when i view reliability history so i can see the date
Of the comfortable system on me.

Guys help me and this my last option on website finding solution. if really nothing can solve this it might be to do this my last solution problem, that was re-format but i don't know how cause i have only 1 pc so when i face new problem into the format steps so i can't search at google to fix it.. so ill pay a man to do this to me

guys help me if i had said something bad or not including the rules. so please understand me cause im on risk problem

so those who give advice or trying to help me THANKS it Advance and God bless you

If your internet is slow, why don't you increase your internet speed? If it is because you don't know how, please tell me your isp so I could find instructions. Have you tried using another device on the internet connection to make sure it is not a speed problem? Also, if you do decide to do a format and have a smartphone, you could just access the forums from its browser.

3G modems are very dependent on location for their speed - mine can get anything from 5KB/S to 500KB/sec in my flat depending in where I am, and the weather!

See if changing your location makes a difference to your speed.

oh thank you mr. to advice that. maybe on my location but im using roaming.. also im thinking on before
my network work can't do 13 Kb/sec transfer rate on my download speed, mine before was running 100 > 400 KB/sec didn't even slow a 13 kb/sec running

and they said when the early morning like 3am or 5am the download speed can possible high??
but when i try download at the sleeping time my download/transfer rate is same as the morning
didn't on high the 13 KB/sec so i don't know what i did but this start on when i update the windows

but when i try to my laptop friend at my location is to fast can raise 100 to 300 KB/sec
and i try to advice my prof. at computer technology
THEY SAID MAYBE MY OS IS CRACK and thats why when updating the windows maybe
my download can be getting to slow he giving advice that re-format my pc

my answer to him: how? and i don't know what i click when i try to format maybe their will be accidentally damage on my system when i format at my own. and my video card installing cd was lost and and how to install my video card? and other device installing on recommended on desktop?

#1 as you can see the rate flow is turning into down. and look at the percentage on 12% that was minimum before my download rate increase

#2 my device network is 21 mbps so when i running at speedtest.com my mbs running at 0.6 > 0.10
it was getting me sick on pc..

So like i said on top thanks who advice maybe this can help to other people encounter like this problem
100% like on this website fast action and reply thnks a lot and god bless you

I meant the company that you pay for your internet. If you do not know at all, try Speedtest.net by Ookla - The Global Broadband Speed Test and take a screenshot of the results.

I think your internet is the problem. You should try getting a different mobile network device if you could. I strongly suggest that you do not get a new pc because the problem will stay.

I think there may be a problem with mobile networks in your area. Do you know anyone else in your area that is having this problem too?
