Re-used family pack activation issue following disk crash

I bought and used all three licenses of a 3 pack Windows 7 Home Premium set. One of the computers had a hard drive crash so I've rebuilt it and used the 3 pack disk again. Unsurprisingly the activation thinks that it's not a valid copy.
Is there a way round this or do I have to buy it again? It seems a bit harsh that you can't continue to use something that you've paid for just because the disc crashed.
Any ideas?

You should be able to activate by phone instead for this time. :)
