thanks but. its useless my pc if only i can connect only into other location area?

btw if you have notice that there was a "Possible" of restore the old service pack cause i think if i restore my old version of service pack can be solved this problem cause when i try to clean up my /:C system
there is a service pack windows which description:

windows saves old version of files that have been updated by a
service pack. if you delete. the files. you won't be able to download
to uninstall service pack later

this image i was try to clean the system but i didn't do it cause i want to make sure there is a another solution to fix my computer any way.

second one is my uninstall the update windows. i did try this but my pc have many logs i can't open
specially the important files to me.

i think i don't want to update the windows.. only i want to know if there a chance to restore the old update windows
my system restore point is clean no any save restore point.. so if there might be possible to restore the old update windows

and to uninstall the update windows this a causing problem?? i want to uninstall it but its too dangerous when i try
many of my application didn't work so might be if this safe i will do permanently??

no im not mention to update my windows only i want to know if this safe to uninstall the windows update?

I advise you not to remove the updates because many of them are to patch windows security problems. But if you want to anyway, follow the instructions in this turtorial: Windows Update - Uninstall an Update but if that does not fix the problem, you could download the updates again but it may take forever because of your internet speed.
