Please download the Farbar Service Scanner from

    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/farbar-service-scanner/

Right-click on the saved file and select 'Run as Administrator', and tick all the options, then click on the Scan button - copy and paste the report to your response.

Your CheckSUR report shows damage inside the registry.
I'll fix what I can using the normal tools - then I'll have to resort to manual edits.
Back later with the first-fix protocol

On further investigation, there's no benefit to attempting to fix the CheckSUR results without first fixing the registry problems.

I need to have a look at your COMPONENTS registry hive

Please copy the C:\Windows\System32\config\COMPONENTS file (no extension) to your desktop and then compress it - upload the compressed file to your favoured fileshare site (preferably Dropbox or SkyDrive) and post a link.

I would think whatever you`re using for your install is bad, since you`ve said it`s done it from day 1.

What are you using to do your install ? Is it a retail copy of Windows 7 Ultimate ? Where did it come from ?

I am using a disc I bought from Harvey Norman here in Australia.

The disc does say on it though "PROMOTIONAL DISC: Not for resale".

The registry problems are in the area of Updates, rather than the original data - it's possible that they have been caused by faulty RAM.
