"Not Genuine Windows"

    Thanks so much for your help. I know I'm old and stodgy, but I"m amazed at how poor Microsoft support has apparently gotten... Although, I rarely call them. It's awesome that the forum was able to help, but it's sad that we've deteriorated to the point where so many of use are having to rely on forums for help rather than the folks that created the software in the first place...

    Any idea why the .exe I ran early this afternoon didn't fix all this? I THOUGHT I got it from the same site, but I don't recall for sure...

    Anyhow, do I rerun the validation stuff or is this fixed and I can ignore this whole Microsoft stupidity?

    The report shows that Its all fixed. You should have no other issues :)
