Windows 7 SP1 will not install, error 8024200D
Trying to install SP1 gives me an error of 8024200D. I have tried the SURT with no luck.

There's only one error in the SFC scan..
I'll post a fix for it later, but I cannot believe that this would of itself block the install of SP1.Code:Line 3445: 2014-03-12 10:50:53, Info CSI 00000301 [SR] Repairing 1 components Line 3446: 2014-03-12 10:50:53, Info CSI 00000302 [SR] Beginning Verify and Repair transaction Line 3449: 2014-03-12 10:50:53, Info CSI 00000304 [SR] Cannot repair member file [l:20{10}]"mprddm.dll" of Microsoft-Windows-RasMprDdm, Version = 6.1.7600.16385, pA = PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE_INTEL (0), Culture neutral, VersionScope = 1 nonSxS, PublicKeyToken = {l:8 b:31bf3856ad364e35}, Type neutral, TypeName neutral, PublicKey neutral in the store, hash mismatch Line 3452: 2014-03-12 10:50:53, Info CSI 00000306 [SR] Cannot repair member file [l:20{10}]"mprddm.dll" of Microsoft-Windows-RasMprDdm, Version = 6.1.7600.16385, pA = PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE_INTEL (0), Culture neutral, VersionScope = 1 nonSxS, PublicKeyToken = {l:8 b:31bf3856ad364e35}, Type neutral, TypeName neutral, PublicKey neutral in the store, hash mismatch Line 3453: 2014-03-12 10:50:53, Info CSI 00000307 [SR] This component was referenced by [l:202{101}]"Microsoft-Windows-Foundation-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.7600.16385.WindowsFoundationDelivery" Line 3458: 2014-03-12 10:50:53, Info CSI 0000030a [SR] Could not reproject corrupted file [ml:48{24},l:46{23}]"\??\C:\Windows\SysWOW64"\[l:20{10}]"mprddm.dll"; source file in store is also corrupted Line 3463: 2014-03-12 10:50:53, Info CSI 0000030c [SR] Repair complete
The 8024200D error actually means that the download hasn't completed.
I would suggest downloading the full installer for SP1 and using that for the install...
Download Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1 (KB976932) from Official Microsoft Download Centre - you'll need the 7601.17514.101119-1850_Update_Sp_Wave1-GRMSP1.1_DVD.iso file ,a dn to burn it to a DVD, using the Windows Disc Image Burner, or your own favoured disk burning option.
I downloaded and burned the installation DVD and attempted the install again and it failed again. The CBS log is MUCH MUCH larger this time. I attached the new log.
Please run the Fixit from the page, here (not the popover one offered) - Windows Update error "0x80070002" or "0x80070003"
You may have run it before - but please do so again now.
Came back with this:

Interesting... here's the MS blurb on the 0x800F081F error...

Just in case running the fixit has made any system changes, please run the CheckSUR tool again, and post the new CheckSUR.log file

That's not showing any of the problems - perhaps another SFC may do?
Please run SFC /SCANNOW again, and post the new CBS.log file.
The following shows in the summary -
- looks like I forgot to post the fix for it, and it is the cause of the problemsCode:Line 7863: 2014-03-15 22:33:02, Info CSI 00000301 [SR] Repairing 1 components Line 7864: 2014-03-15 22:33:02, Info CSI 00000302 [SR] Beginning Verify and Repair transaction Line 7867: 2014-03-15 22:33:02, Info CSI 00000304 [SR] Cannot repair member file [l:20{10}]"mprddm.dll" of Microsoft-Windows-RasMprDdm, Version = 6.1.7600.16385, pA = PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE_INTEL (0), Culture neutral, VersionScope = 1 nonSxS, PublicKeyToken = {l:8 b:31bf3856ad364e35}, Type neutral, TypeName neutral, PublicKey neutral in the store, hash mismatch Line 7870: 2014-03-15 22:33:02, Info CSI 00000306 [SR] Cannot repair member file [l:20{10}]"mprddm.dll" of Microsoft-Windows-RasMprDdm, Version = 6.1.7600.16385, pA = PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE_INTEL (0), Culture neutral, VersionScope = 1 nonSxS, PublicKeyToken = {l:8 b:31bf3856ad364e35}, Type neutral, TypeName neutral, PublicKey neutral in the store, hash mismatch Line 7871: 2014-03-15 22:33:02, Info CSI 00000307 [SR] This component was referenced by [l:202{101}]"Microsoft-Windows-Foundation-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.7600.16385.WindowsFoundationDelivery" Line 7876: 2014-03-15 22:33:02, Info CSI 0000030a [SR] Could not reproject corrupted file [ml:48{24},l:46{23}]"\??\C:\Windows\SysWOW64"\[l:20{10}]"mprddm.dll"; source file in store is also corrupted Line 7881: 2014-03-15 22:33:02, Info CSI 0000030c [SR] Repair complete
I'll post the fix soon.
