Product Key Installed but not Genuine?

Since I change my boot drive from System Reserved to C:\, I lost my windows genuine. After checking the product key in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\MIcrosoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ProductKey, there is no "ProductKey" in there. But, I check it with Microsoft Genuine Advantage Diagnostic Tool, it still shows my product key. Here is the result:

My product key still in there. But, the Windows is not genuine. Why?

Another one. I have tried re-enter my product key again but gets this error:

    0xC004E003
The Software Licensing Service reported that license evaluation failed.

So, my activated windows has expired?

First thing first, did you re-install OS before? Re-format? If you did, you haven't activate the Windows yet. If you have the Product Key it should be no problem. You can activate it yourself. The product key is usually located somewhere below your laptop or maybe someplace else, unless your Windows is not pre-installed. But if you did re-install Windows and it's different from your previous version (ex. Vista to 7) the product key probably won't work. Either way you still can try to activate it.
Follow this step. Click on Start Icon on your task-bar, on the search box type "activat..." and it should show the results. Click on the windows activation and follow the instruction. You can either choose online activation or by phone (I usually activate by phone). If you choose by phone, just follow the instruction there and on that screen of yours, there should be a 54 numbers with 9 sets of it (6 numbers for each set). You'll be asked to key in that number to retrieve your activation code. Oh, by the way, you'll be talking to a auto-operator on the phone for the whole activation process unless you wish to speak to a real person (which is unnecessary except when your activation code is not working).

I think a good read of the rules would be helpful.

Is this an upgrade or true new version? Some of the op systems require an older version to be installed first. You can always just select to not auto install the key code and call in the op system then appy the code manually to install a valid code.

Sorry - but the Key is from an ACER/GATEWAY/eMACHINE/PACKARD-BELL machine - and is NOT valid on a Hewlett-Packard machine - the installation is therefore invalid.

The installation of Office is definitely counterfeit.

For what version and edition of Windows is the machine licensed, according to the COA sticker on the case (or inside the battery compartment)?

Hey, I never use any cracked windows key nor office key. I buy it in a same place where I buy this laptop. Both are pre-installed.

Um, about the COA sticker, I can't find it in my laptop. I think its located in the box of my laptop. So, I will post it this afternoon.

...and from where did you buy the laptop?

If there is no COA sticker on the machine itself, then ANY windows OEM_SLP Key automatically becomes invalid - and technically counterfeit, since the COA sticker is your only physical proof of a Windows License.

From the retailer of course. Actually, I don't know what is COA sticker. I guess I have see that in under my laptop. But, I can't see it. It has faded.

Sorry if I haven't post my COA sticker. I fall asleep yesterday. So, I will post it this afternoon.
