    Sorry about that!

    Looking deeper into the log, it seems to me that the Service Pack 1 installation is stuck at a partially-installed status. - but I can't tell why.

    Is it listed in the 'Installed Updates' list - or the 'Programs and Features' list?
    If so, attempt to uninstall it from there, then run CheckSUR and SFC again and post the new logs.

    No worries:)

    The only ones listed are microsoft office service packs

    The only problem i seem to be having in installing sp1 is the error for the standalone pack

    In that case, all I can really suggest is a repair install
