The installation of Windows is Counterfeit - the OEM_SLP key is NOT a valid Upgrade Key.
If the COA sticker is for Windows Home Premium, then that's the only version licensed, unless you purchase an Upgrade license through a retailer, or MS itself - and those licenses ALWAYS show as 'Retail' in the report.
There is no overlap in BIOS/WIn7 release dates - certainly not 3 months.
This machine was shipped with Windows Vista installed, and a Vista SLIC table. It has had a hacker's Activation Exploit installed to circumvent activation/validation requirements, and is therefore by definition non-genuine.
There is a possibility that the machine came with a freebie upgrade to Windows 7 - but such upgrades are ALWAYS OEM System Builder Keys, and again, can only be upgraded using a Retail Key
