Hope I have followed procedure. And right thread.
New computer around 8 weeks and had problems first off base engine not working fixed that but now and then have the above message and have to power down as escape not working and even using Diag tool above got not responding then it did work.

I haven't got a clue how to find out the problem Guys. Any ideas?

Still having problems on boot - busy busy all the time - then try ctrl+alt+delete for task master to check and get the same message cant log on security try escape or use the power down switch to shut down. Sometimes it then boots to the window where you get the choice to start normally or safe mode I start normally and its fine.

Doing every other time just about.

Surely someone has a suggestion - cant be the only on - and this is the third OS disc - which should mean third time lucky as first two off a family pack were dodgy so bought a new one works fine except for this - first off base engine didnt start but once started - OK now this log on business when I am only user as Admin.

    Please upload your event logs...

    Please open Event Viewer
In the left pane, navigate to the Windows Logs
right-click on Applications and select 'Save all events as...' save as Apps.evtx
repeat for the System logs - save as Sys.evtx
Compress both files, and attach to your reply or upload to your favourite fileshare site (preferably Dropbox or OneDrive/SkyDrive) and post a link in your reply

Are you running with UAC disabled? if so, please set it back to defaults.
