Windows7 SP1 not genuine every time after restarting

Hi all, I might need your help to solve my problems here
I bought this dell studio 1555 laptop few years back and been using it without any problem till suddenly it crashed when i was working.
BSOD and wont start up the windows, so I took it to the pc repair for data backup and clean re-install the windows 7 with its original disc
I noticed the not genuine on the bottom right corner after the SP1 update.
re-activate windows but asked to activate with not genuine on the bottom right corner each time after restarting my laptop. I had this loop over and over again
I tried the phone activation and the automated machine said that the key is invalid, so I spoke with the microsoft guy, he told me that my win7 is an upgrade and I need to have previous os installed before upgrading to 7
after googling, I found out that a double install could solve the problem. so I uninstall the SP1 update and did an upgrade to win7 home premium on top of my win7 home premium.
then again, after the SP1 update it becomes not genuine.
for the second time, I did the phone activation and had the same result from the automated machine: "key is not valid." but this time the microsoft guy just told me that my key is not valid without any further explanation
tried to uninstall the SP1 update again, but this time it wont uninstall. restarted at 7% then fails at 13% (I did the process several times with the same result)
right now I'm stuck and dont know what else to do except to input the slmgr /rearm command

Here is my MGAD report (but its after the slmgr /rearm command and activating windows):

From the looks of it, you have a machine delivered with Vista, and applied the 'freeby' upgrade that was available at the time?

The problem in the second report is that the install Key has changed to the default one - which can never be activated.
There is no obvious problem in the first report, apart from your having a counterfeit installation of Office (which should be uninstalled)

You need to re-apply the Key from your upgrade license to the machine, and activate that - you may need to use telephone activation if you've used it a few times already.

I suspect that your problem is a race condition on startup - often caused either by over-zealous Anti-Virus (Norton, anyone?) - or malware itself.
    What AV is currently installed?
What other AV's have EVER been installed?

What other security software is installed?

yes, my machine comes with vista and I applied the 'freeby' upgrade that was available at the time.
what do you mean by the install Key has changed to the default one? (on my second report)

the thing is, when I re-apply the win7 upgrade Key, my windows is activated and becomes genuine as I stated on my first report.
but if I reboot the machine, it deactivate and becomes not genuine *confused*

I always use kaspersky products, either kaspersky antivirus or kaspersky internet security
recently, I installed the 2014 kaspersky internet security trial but decided to revert back to the 2013 one
and I have ccleaner installed too

Kasperskyhas been known to cause similar problems - I would suggest that you uninstall Kaspersky, run their cleanup tool and activate.
    reboot and then reinstall Kaspersky.
