LOL!

Please don't attempt to install any more for the moment - but upload the new CBS.log file, and the windowsupdate.log.

Then run SFC and CheckSUR, and see what they have to say - post the new logs again

Here's the CBS.log and windowsupdate.log first.

Your system appears to be having problems properly loading the registry - but there's nothing in the CBS.log itself that might tell me why.

After you've posted the rest of the files I asked for above,

Please boot to Safe Mode, wait 15 minutes, then boot back into Normal Mode, and post a new CBS.log file

Urh.. for some reason sfc /scannow saved the log to CBS.log.

I can see one reason (finally) why you're having problems with WIndows Update - your clock is set wrong!
Please check your Region settings, and the date and time..

The do a new Check for updates, and see what appears. Attempt to install only the oldest one, and post back with the error you get, and a new windowsupdate.log

But my clock is set correctly. I'm in Malaysia, so it is correct.

According to the forum your local time now is 04:58 on 25th April.
According to your CBS log, the SFC was run at .... oh!

I could have sworn it said 20:25 on 25th April!

I'm beginning to think that this is a problem with the Windows Update Agent install - unfortunately, it's not an installer which is either freely downloadable, or easily over-installed, and it can't be uninstalled.

That being the case, it's likely that a repair install using SP1 media is your best bet.
