Error Code 800B0100 when installing update KB2929961

Installed Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit a day ago and I managed to install every update except for the "Security Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB2929961)".

When Windows Update is ran, I get the message "Code 800B0100 Windows Update encountered an unknown error."

I have tried the Microsoft Fix It and Troubleshooting program, manually downloading and installing the individual update from the Windows Download Center, and disabling my firewall but all to no avail.

I followed the steps posted by NoelDP in this thread:
    Windows Update Error Code 800B0100

The CheckSUR.log and CheckSUR.persist.log files from the System Update Readiness Tool have been attached.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I'll post a fix protocol a bit later - shouldn't take too long.

    I've uploaded a file - bs1aa.zip - to my OneDrive at Noel's OneDrive
    Please download and save it.
Right-click on the downloaded file, and select Extract all…
Extract to the default location - which will create a new folder bs1aa in the same place.
Open this folder - there should be two folders inside it (Manifests, and Packages)

Copy the content of the Packages folder to the folder
    C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Servicing\Packages

And the content of the manifests folder (.manifest files) into this folder:

    C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Winsxs\Manifests

Now run the CheckSUR tool again (it may take a while)

Post the new CheckSUR.log file, and the CheckSUR.persist.log file.

Good - that's fixed all the CheckSUR problems.

With any luck, your updates should install now - if not, what is the new error code?
