This has happened to others.
When you see the update, right click and then hide. You will not be bothered again.
I search around but no one say they have a problem with 2922229kb so I thought this is not common.
Just hide it, you will not have a problem. These things happen, nothing to worry about. This problem is not limited to the kb that you mentioned, it can happen to any.
Hiding updates for any reason is NEVER a good idea!

Agreed not good to hide updates as they may be important and should be installed. Duplicates can and do happen and the easiest way to handle is to hide, although that is a subjective opinion.
I do not think it necessary for me to make any future comments. Junjun you can decide what is best for you.
Duplicates do NOT 'happen' - multiple installs of the same update indicate problems with the updating mechanisms, or the update itself, or the OS.
They need to be addressed, so that the system is properly updated in the future, since updates which fail in this way are effectively preventing proper detection and update of the installed system.
I have heard of ppl having updates of the same one repeatedly where most suggest to hide the update but I am wondering if the update repeated only once does it means its fine?
I haven connect the PC to the internet yet so this is a 'IF' qns.
1) if the update only repeat once does it mean that it has successfully updated?Do I still need to do any checking to ensure it has successfully updated?
Not sure if this is related but from the event log it seem that on the day the update is successfully updated there is a log that says the system is not shut down properly even thought it is. Is this the cause?
I have not follow the instruction from the link yet as I don't want to install any thing to the PC if I can help it, as having too much things install cause problem.
I suggest if it is a one time only problem, you can ignore it. The cause was most likely that the update was not installed properly the first time. Take a look at the update history to see if any problems existed. If it continually happens, which I doubt, I feel that further action should be taken.
Windows Update or Microsoft Update repeatedly offers the same update
1) CheckSUR doesn't 'install' anything really - it merely corrects (or at least attempts to correct) errors in the system files.
2) SFC doesn't install anything at all - it merely checks for the existence of essential system files and that they are properly configured.
3) if having many programs installed were to cause problems, my machine would have ground to a halt long ago - as it is, it's still nearly as speedy as it was the day I got it 3 years ago, and it's not been reinstalled once.
