Not Genuine message after computer crash

Had an issue a little over a month ago where a Dell Optiplex 790 did not boot properly after an update. After several attempts to scan and fix the computer, I was able to get it running again. There are still a couple of issues such as not showing any Windows updates applied, and we can't run our usual Radmin remote control tool, but I have been able to use a different tool to resolve that for now. We are getting the not genuine message. Diagnostics report is listed below, and there are several files that are showing issues. I would rather not deploy a new computer to this remote location right now if this one can be repaired. Thank you for any assistance!

This may simply be caused by a bad set of Intel Rapid Storage Technology drivers -

Installing the Intel Rapid Storage Drivers
try downloading and installing them from here - https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&ProdId=2101&DwnldID=22194

    (you want the iata_enu.exe download)

Once complete, please reboot twice, then post another MGADiag report.

That doesn't appear to have worked - so we go to plan B...

Please run the following commands in an Elevated Command Prompt

    NET STOP CRYPTSVC
    REN C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CATROOT2 CATROOT2OLD
    NET START CRYPTSVC

once complete, leave the system alone for at least an hour to rebuild the database, then reboot, and run another MGADiag report and post the results.

Note that this may delete your Update History - but all updates will remain installed, and can be viewed in the Installed Updates listing.

Looks like that took care of it! Licensing shows as active now. I'm still having an issue with the remote admin tool, but that isn't related to this. I appreciate the help!

That looks fine now - you may want to start a new thread about your remoting problems.
    Good luck!
