I saw that thread, but the instructions for this forum said "Never, under any circumstances, follow the instructions posted to another user who appears to be having the same problem as you (unless specifically instructed to). Windows Update problems are very computer specific and following instructions made to another user will probably do more harm than good."

I do not know what *.mum, manifests, or packages are broken on my system and need help parsing the log files. I was worried that applying the fixes for Cyber Coach could cause issues for my system.

I'm very sure you are correct. Everyone seems to be missing different components.

One thing I noticed that you didn't run is SFC /scannow with a command prompt as Administrator. (Right click on Command Prompt, run as administrator)

This does a validation and I know that the results are also required. Mine came out clean but I was missing lots of packages.

Oh, sorry. I did, but it was during a previous reboot. The prompt windows said it came back clean, but I'll run it again and upload the log files again.

This implies corruption in the COMPONENTS registry hive.

I need to have a look at your COMPONENTS registry hive

Please copy the C:\Windows\System32\config\COMPONENTS file (no extension) to your desktop and then compress it - upload the compressed file to your favoured fileshare site (preferably Dropbox or OneDrive) and post a link.
