Windows Update for Internet Explorer Failed

Hello,i have tried a few times and it seems that the only update it fails is the one for IE.This problem started about two weeks ago and i could not solve it.Once it asked me to restart my laptop i kept getting: ,,Failure configuring Windows Update, reverting changes" . My laptop would try to restart 2-3 times to make the update successful before it would stop and leave the laptop turned on. This is the name and details of the update: ,,Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 7 (KB2929437)'

And this is the error code of it: 800700C1

JB we are glad you want to help.
I would suggest you start by spending more time reading posts and following the threads when it comes to Windows Updates and Activation like I do.

Windows 7 Updates and Activation are very complicated most times and need a well train expert.
Noel has been doing Updates and Activations for about 25 years and every now and then gets stumped. Most problems in this thread are not easy to repair.
Try what I do. Read and watch. It does help me with the learning process. It can get very interesting.

I'm sincerely trying not to post down to you. This is meant as a suggestion after reading your previous 10 post.
