CheckSUR found and fixed only one problem - - the CBS results show that there are no other file problems in the system.
The updates should install OK now.

If not, please give the EXACT error message, and post the C:\Windows\windowsupdate.log file

The problem here is that without some assistance from the usual tools, there may be no realistic way to fix the corruption present.

I assume that you've already tried running the Fixit from here? Error 0x800B0100 when you try to install Windows Updates or Microsoft Updates

    CheckSUR and SFC :)

Yours is the second case today with this particular error code - and it's not been a common one up until now.
    I wonder if it's malware-related at all?

Please download and install Malwarebytes Anti-malware (free version) from http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/ - UNtick 'Enable free trial of MBAM PRO' at the end of the installation - and update it, then run a full scan in your main account, and Quick scans in any other user accounts.

    Delete everything it finds
