There were some significant security holes present - I hope you did delete all found?
PLease run the Norton Removal Tool...

Close all other programs, then run the tool. When it's complete, reboot the machine whether it asks for it or not.
After the reboot, open an Elevated Command Prompt, and run the following command
NETSH WINSOCK RESET
You'll be advised to reboot - do so.
- I still haven't been able to find any results from the SFC scan, which usually means that it crashed but didn't generate an error message, so Windows though it had exited normally.
Please attempt another SFC scan - how long does it take (should be 5-50 minutes)
Post the new CBS.log file generated.
