You have some significant registry corruption - I'll have to see if I can find and fix it.

I need to have a look at your COMPONENTS registry hive

Please copy the C:\Windows\System32\config\COMPONENTS file (no extension) to your desktop and then compress it - upload the compressed file to your favoured fileshare site (preferably Dropbox or OneDrive) and post a link.

The news isn't good, I'm afraid.
You have a mass of problems, and not just the ones shown up by the CheckSUR report. I corrected about 50, and then realised that the more I looked, the more I was finding.

I suspect that you may be having problems with your RAM - or with other hardware.

I'm going to ask someone to have a look and give some advice on testing the hardware out - there's no point in attempting anything more on this until the hardware is OK, and even then, a minimum of a Repair Install will be required.

Someone should drop by soon :)

It could be that causing the problems - in which case a repair install would fix them.

wait for someone to advise on how to check it's OK now, and once we're all happy on that we can get on with attempting a repair install. However, it's always possible that you will have a lot of underlying corruption in both files and registry, and it may be best to go for a clean install.

Hello Ewgeni, I will try to help with your problem. If you don't already have it, please download and install CPUz and post screenshots (CPU-Z CPUID - System & hardware benchmark, monitoring, reporting ) of the CPU tab, the Mainboard tab, Memory tab and the SPD tab. On the SPD tab, you can select each Dimm Slot from the dropdown in the upper left of the tab. I only need the slots that are populated with ram.. Post those and let me take a look, then we will probably run some tests. Testing hardware is very time consuming and some can't be tested without very specialized equipment, but we will try to see what is going on.

EDIT: If you would, please upload screenshots in the way described in the tutorial I linked to above. I would appreciate it.

OK, everything looks OK on the surface. If you are overclocking, please set everything back to defaults, at least until we finish testing and getting your hardware stable. First, please fill out your system specs as completely as possible. You can do that from the user CP at the top of the page or click my system specs at the bottom left of your last post. There will be a link to update your system specs. Fill them out as completely as possible, making sure to click save at the bottom of the page. It will help us help you. If you would like to see what we would like, you can click my system specs at the bottom of this post and see mine. If you need help, this will help you System Info - See Your System Specs

Please download memtest86+. You can download the ISO file and burn it to a CD or download the pre compiled USB version which will install it to a USB flask drive. The download links are in the middle of the page. Version 5.01 is the newest version, but some people have problems with it. Version 4.2 is the next newest version and will do just as good a job for you. Which ever one you would like. Please boot from the flash drive or CD and do not click any keys. The test will run and show you the progress. I need you to run it for 8 full passes which will take 8-10 hours to run. I usually run it overnight. Each pass consists of 10 tests. Each pass tests a different part of your ram and each test tests a different thing, so it takes 8 complete passes all run at the same time to fully test your ram.

Your ram is in single channel mode, which is OK. But you will normally get better performance if you run it in dual channel mode. Consult your manual to see which Dimm Slots they recommend, but most boards dimm slots are 2 of one color and 2 of another color. Your ram should both sticks be placed in the same color slots. Yours are in slots 1 and 2. Most boards they will be in slots 1 and 3 or 2 and 4. Your manual will tell you which one the motherboard prefers, if you want to change it. You can run it just like it is, if you would like to. Your ram is also capable of running at a faster frequency, but would require some changes in BIOS if you would want to change it. I doubt you would notice the change though, and it is within your ram's specs just the way it is. Please run the test of your memory and let me know the results. Again, please run it 8 complete passes all at the same time or until you get an error. If you get even 1 error, you can stop the test.

Also, I would appreciate it if in the future you post screenshots the way described in this tutorial System Info - See Your System Specs That way I don't have to download them to my computer to open them and they will also be available for anyone else who comes to help you and needs the information available to them. Any time you have any questions about anything I ask or say, feel free to ask. I do not mind explaining and want you to understand the process we are doing.
