With any luck those updates should install without a problem, if we're lucky!

    Hi NoelDP,

here are the news, there were 148 updates, 147 were installed without a problem but there is one that was not installed. It says:

    1 update failed installation
    error: Code 64C

    What can this be??

    Cheers!

Reboot and install the last update again. Same problem? If so empty folder %temp% as much as possible, reboot and try update again. Post results.

    Try this http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2698555/en-us
Still problems? Then uninstall .NET 4.5.1 form install programs list, reboot and let "window update" "check for updates" and install them

Tried till the end the tool and nothing, sent the info as requested afterwards.

There is not .NET 4.5.1 installed anywhere only .NET Framework 4 Client profile and .NET framework 4 Extended

Here are the logs Microsoft gather and asked to submit for review.

This is what I am getting and the installer is stuck waiting:

The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.

Click OK to try again or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'net_Full_GDR_x64.msi' in the box below.

    Use Source:
    C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\SetupCache\v4.5.50938\

    Hi,

I figured it out and re-type the package name in the browse line and found it, installed successfully, make an update and everything worked like a charm, I double check for updates and is showing my computer is up to date and there is no more updates available at the moment. Now I have the package in my installed updates!!

Thank you very much NoelDP and Kaktussoft for all your help and patience, we dummies need you guys!!!!!

    Tanks a bunch again,

    Cheers!!!
