Patch Tuesday again so?

I have enough pain in my mouth already, but life goes on so before I attempt to do my computers,
can someone explain what these two i marked in the picture are for please?

Also problems with any of the bunch of them also?

I've hidden the KB2952664 as i don't need it. Otherwise all went smooth here!

Robin if you highlight any update there will be an info pane on the right with links, click them and you can see what MS says about it. MS doesn't speak in normal English though.

Didn't most of us hide it last month, only for it to be put up again this month?

First I have been offered it, but I hid it too, I have no plans to "upgrade" to Win 8 in my lifetime. I told MS as much in their feedback.
